Senior HVAC Svc Tech-Commercial RTU's — Northern VA
HVAC and Plumbing Company
Full-time (FT)
Nights/weekends: Emergency on-call rotating technician schedule
Work Hours: Generally on-the-job site 7:00am-3:30pm
Starting $30 per/hour — Commensurate with experience/skills

Job Description: Manassas VA-based company seeks Senior HVAC Technician with commercial experience — large rooftop units experience required. Candidates preferred who seek job satisfaction, not just a job.

• Service area includes all of Northern Virginia and points West (no DC or Maryland service).
• Company offers residential service, however, 90% of the business is service to commercial facilities and government facilities.
• Candidates possessing necessary technical skills must also have and maintain a satisfactory driving record (DMV report required with application).
• Senior technicians with satisfactory driving records are allowed to drive company vehicles home.
• Candidates possessing necessary technical skills must also be able to pass security background check and/or security clearance for various government facilities.

Other Skills: Proven experience/skills in service/repairs to large commercial RTU's. Ability to be a team worker and mentor
