Before & After School Care Staff (Site Directors) —
Manassas, VA

All positions are hourly and offer full-time (FT) and part-time (PT)
Must be over 18 to apply
Hrs: 6:30am-8:30pm & 3:00pm-6:00pm (M-F)
$8-$14/hr
Job Description: The program is looking to hire self motivated, dependable, and caring Site Directors to work in a creative and hands-on school-age environment. The company offers all staff the opportunity to work with children in a dynamic, supportive, and fun environment. The Site Director position is responsible for supervision
of staff; maintenance of financial paperwork, licensing records and child
files; oversight of curriculum implementation; supervision of children,
maintenance of safe and welcoming classroom environment; building of relationships
with the community and school, and recruiting new students to the program.
Site Director Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age with either a:
1. graduate degree in a child-related field and 6 months of program experience;
2. an endorsement or bachelor s degree in a child-related field and one year of program experience;
3. 48 credits from a college or university of which 12 credits are in child-related subjects and one year of program experience;
4. Three years of program experience.
