Job # 7615b: Candidates will perform as part of the Remote Access Team for firm’s infrastructure services contract in Alexandria. The program is responsible for network engineering, network management, VoIP, all production servers, storage/backups, PCP, Service Desk, Desktop Support, Patch management, and remote access services. Will be involved in daily operations related to the management and maintenance of the remote access infrastructure in the production environment, Monitoring of remote access services to ensure the highest possible levels of service availability, responding with urgency to system outages. Duties will involve concepts and operation of the software and equipment, necessary programming, debugging, repair and maintenance of data processing equipment. Determine course content and student learning objectives; prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. Evaluate training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses abreast of software and equipment design.
