SER Client Registration Form
Eligibility Determination

In order to receive services from SER, you must meet BOTH age and residence requirements.

SER can serve only people who:

1. Are over 50 years of age, and;

2. Live in one of the following counties or cities:

(a) Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax County or City, or the City of Falls Church, Virginia; OR

(b) Are career U.S. Military or Federal civilian retirees and live in one of the counties/cities listed above or in Loudoun or Prince William County, Virginia; the District of Columbia, or Calvert, Charles, Montgomery or Prince Georges County, Maryland.

SER charges a $25 initial registration fee, payable by cash or check, at the time of your initial interview with SER. This entitles you to access SER's services and programs for a periond of 90 days. The initial registration fee is waived for residents of Fairfax County and/or career Federal civilian or military retirees who live in SER's service area.
